Sorry, no name on this Char Kuey Teow (CKT) stall…
So decided to put the nearest shop which is only in front of Proton Edaran in Seremban.
No. 29, Jalan Tun Dr. Ismail,70200, Seremban,Negeri Sembilan.
This stall is making me crazy… don’t ask me when its business hour.
Since 8 January 2010 until 29 July 2011, almost 3x per month I keep on drove to there but each time I go, the stall didn’t open for business… sigh.
Finally this time I can taste it.
U can see how strong the fire is… to make the taste so good.
Tahdaaa… this is the CKT am waiting~
Most of the Seremban friends said this CKT is the best among the rest in Seremban.
Besides that, the special part for this CKT is, they didn’t put the crispy fried pork oil.
Hmm… comment a bit…
This CKT is different compare others in Seremban.
Its fried 2x.
1st, it’s fried and mix the Kuey Tiao and Mee using oil.
2nd, it fried like heat up with Taugeh by using water, that’s why the Taugeh is so fresh and not overcooked.
If u wan everything, means they’ll put the clams without cook, bloody still.
The price… for me consider its expensive lo.
The ingredient for CKT is only Clams + Egg + Taugeh + Kuey Tiao + Mee in middle portion.
RM5.30 with only CKT + Bali Drink.
What say u?
Ohya… the chopstick is dirty lo.
Is better u bring ur own chopstick.
